Ticket Policy and Accessibility

• Refunds and Transfers: Tickets are non-refundable. However, since they are not registered to a specific name, they can be transferred to another person.

• Child admission: Children aged 6 to 10 (inclusive) receive a 50% discount. Admission is free for children up to 5 years old.

• Visitors with disabilities:

  • Participants with a certified 100% disability who require continuous assistance are entitled to a free ticket.

  • Free admission is not available for people with disabilities less than 100%.

• Seat Assignment: Accessible seating is limited. Priority will be given to participants with a higher percentage of disabilities who require a companion and ongoing assistance. Remaining seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
